Device restarted ?
Do you have the APAC version of the watch? The fact that you bought the watch in Asia and the available languages you quoted suggest you do. To get German language support your watch needs to be using the non-APAC firmware.
APAC watches use a different firmware version more suited to the Asia-Pacific region than the watches sold in Europe and the Americas. The firmware region is locked to the specific watch so it is not possible (for an end user) to convert an APAC watch to an International watch.

You can try renaming the German text file to english.ln4 and selecting English in the settings. Or use another available language for the renaming.
This I tryed but it doesn't work ...Also after total rest

In that case, your watch probably does not use the same string identificators as the file you've got from another device.
Take one of the original ln4 files on your watch, and translate it yourself, keeping the original IDs in it. Test first with one or two strings, to see whether it works, but there is no reason why it would not work. Use a simple text (or hex) editor, like for example the Notepad. Avoid editors allowing formatted editing, like for example Word, WordPad, etc.
Perhaps avoid editing the english.ln4, since the English language is hardcoded into the firmware, so when the english.ln4 is not found, or is corrupted / missing the right identificators, the hardwired default English strings are used instead. It is safer using one of the other languages, because then you see on the first view, whether it was accepted by the watch, or whether it switched to the default English strings instead.
