The alarm on my Fenix 6 Pro is not working properly. The vibration always functions but sometimes the ringing is replaced by a quiet clicking noise. Is this a hardware fault that needs a replacement. As it works sometimes and not others with no pattern it makes the device useless for important reminders or wake ups. It's the same for the countdown timer.
