Same here just to confirm and also no incident detection on Climb activity but Hiking does. Reported while ago.

It seems it's not a bug, but a change in Incident Detection feature ...

It makes sense. Incident detection is most probably based on shocks/sudden unexpected movements. When you are riding your MTB on a rocky trail, the watch will think you are crashing constantly because your wrist will be shaking extensively. That's why it will work for cycling but not for mountain biking.
