Wrong TopoActive Europe region loaded

My Fenix 6X Pro (purchased in November 2021 from John Lewis UK) has the wrong TopoActive Europe map on it. It is set to Central and not South West which is my region. prior to the last Update it showed North East. Apart from a factory reset is anyone able to assist me in getting the correct topoactive maps?

I have not had the correct topoactive since purchasing it, I compared maps to my partners today for the first time and realised what I was missing!!) so I don't think its a recent update issue.

That's weird. Your watch should have all european maps installed, not just parts of it. Have you tried to reinstall the map via Garmin Express? Could it be that your watch memory is full so that it could not install the full map when you updated it? Keep in mind that the maps get bigger with every update.

Also, I'm sure you have, but do you have those regions actually selected on your watch? Each activity you can turn on or off those map layers.
