Fenix 6 Sapphire Not Bluetooth Pairing With App

I have a Fenix 6 Sapphire that was working perfectly... now will not pair to any of my devices. After the initial pairing and connectivity I was receiving notifications for 5 or 6 months however at some point the two became disconnected and it has been an effort in infinite frustration to try to get the watch paired again. I have tried the following to no avail:

1. Turn Bluetooth on my phone off/on

2. Tried airplane mode off/on

3. Removed/Re-installed the Garmin Connect App

4. Unpaired phone and repaired

5. Restarted my phone and watch

6. Hard watch reset

7. Tried to pair with several different devices: Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, Samsung Galaxy 9+, Samsung Galaxy Tab S6,

When I try to pair, the watch states "Initializing" but then states pairing failed while the app is still searching for the watch. The watch does not show  up in the Bluetooth device availability in any of my devices. I am confused as to how this device paired so seamlessly then just failed and now I can't even seem to get a Bluetooth signal out of it.

Software Version on the watch is 21.00 (1d825c8)

GPS: 5.3

Wi-Fi: 4.01

It is extremely frustrating.  I know others have had this issue and been contacted by Garmin via the chat.  Please Garmin......!

Thanks
