Windsurfing Activity to fenix 6 xpro

Version updated to 24.00 and windsurfing,an olympic sport, is not added yet!! 

but they add commuting bicycle and going to super market....LOL

You can use a Connect IQ app for windsurfing, or copy the activity profile from someone owning Fenix 7, if you tell it has it. You can find the definition file in the folder //GARMIN/Sports/

Are you sure that is so simple?Where can i find the activity profile of Fenix 7 just to try?  Connect IQ doesn't have the garmin app for Windsurfing to download.

I did not try with windsurfing, but it worked with several other activity types, I tried. As long as the sport definition does not use any feature not available on your watch, it should work

On any Fenix 7 watch, and possibly on some other recent models as well. Ask friends in your community, or rent, or test-buy a F7.

If you click the link in my previous post, there are around dozen of apps for windsurfing. Since I do not windsurf, I do not know which one is the best suitable, but I believe some of them should do the job you need. If some of them are not available for your watch model, contact the developer and ask him/her to enable it. Usually they do it within a day or two. Some of them in 20 minutes.

I Have the windsurfing.fit file where Do I habe to copy it to use it on a Fenix 6?

I tried to copy it to the sports folder But that did not work.

No, that's the right way. If it did not work, then the file is probably not compatible with your watch model.

To bad, would be interesting to know what feature is used there that is not available in the Fenix 6.
