Just got hold of a new Fenix 6 pro, having had the Fenix 5 working fine, even today. I've google the world and forums for an answer but run into dead ends
watch reads 'no internet connection'
phone reads 'something went wrong'
I've used the apps and web via cable and bluetooth. I've tried wifi from the watch and failed to connect, it can see my wifi. I've set up express and done the same.
I've opened a 2nd wifi channel with 8 characters as this was read to be problem...failed
I cannot drop 'b' from wifi with my router
I cannot split 2.4 and 5, but other items in my house such as lighting only use 2.4 and this is not a problem for those devices
My watch cannot see my iphone hotspot so i cannot link through that
I've reset all devices watch, router, phone and no joy
I have a vodafone (UK) wifi hub running Firmware version: 19.4.0551-3261103, I cannot split 2.4 - 5 the option does not exist.
Please...any ideas
