Garmin Recertified Device

I've been having bluetooth connection issues between my Tactic Delta and my iPhone 12 in that various times of the day or night they loose connection with each other and I have to constantly check the Bluetooth setting on the phone to see if they are still connected.

Garmin have offered me a Garmin Recertified Device which I believe are refurbs?!?

Does anyone have any experience with Garmin Recertified Devices and their quality?

It's been a few years, but yeah- they're great. they often come with new batteries and in new cases. fully tested. I'd trust a garmin recertified product.

I have a 6x refurb. Looks perfect, performs if anything better than the old one did. Clearly a new battery, excellent life. I did once many years ago get a scruffy refurb for a brand new faulty unit, complained and they re placed it with one indistinguishable from new.

I've had an Edge 1030 and a Fenix 3 refurb - both as good as new
