The auto step goal was working fine for many months then since going to the theme park 5 months ago the auto step goal got stuck at 10,140 steps. It stayed that way for a couple months even thought I was only getting like 3k a day for months. I have tried several things to get it working again and nothing has worked.
1:Tried turning off auto goal for a day and setting a manual goal, then turning back auto back on. Tried several times and it always went back to 10,140 and stayed there.
2: Did a reset on the watch, no change.
3: Did a reset and clear data on the watch, no change
4: Did a software update and it now it's 20.50. No change other than reverting back to 7,500 steps and staying there, regardless of how many steps I get. Did all of the above steps with the new software and still no change.
Any idea as I have run out of ideas to get it working again...
