I was in a similar situation with my Omega X-33 watch. The anti-reflective coating had become very scratched, but the underlying watch glass was still unscratched. The easy solution was to simply remove the anti-reflective coating leaving the smooth (and clear) watch glass. Benefits of the anti-reflective coating were obviously lost, but the watch face was clear and easily visible.
The anti-reflective coating was removed using a product called Polywatch Polish:
It is available from various retailers including on Amazon: Polywatch Polish on Amazon
Note: This version of Polywatch is designed to remove scratches from plastic watch crystals, but it is the correct version to use when removing the anti-reflective coating from a Sapphire watch crystal - as is your case.
You may want to give it a try.
