Major issue with Fenix 6x pro

Hi, my Fenix 6x pro worked well for 2 to 3 weeks, then started going crazy sometimes for a few hours, up to a couple of days, then back to normal, then crazy again. Happened many times, sent to Garmin for service in Italy, came back as before. In the report Garmin alleges I have installed a wrong app (downloaded from connect) and that it was removed. Had to write something. Truth is I clearly stated it was a non-constant but recurring malfunctioning, but they did not bother carrying out a careful testing of the watch.

Typical issues when malfunctioning are:

  1. Menu button does not respond
  2. Start/stop button does not respond
  3. Device starts activity by itself and then stops and starts again continuously (the start/stop button clics normally and does not appear to be affected by mechanical issues)
  4. It is not possible to turn watch off

I have written to Garmin support after failed service, but I receive no response and there is no number to call.

I use the watch for training reasons, not to get lost in the woods and for safety, when I run in the wild alone. Clearly, a watch like this is totally unreliable and useless.

Anybody share the same experience or were able to eliminate the problem?
