Watch face data fields meaning?

Hi guys, just purchased Garmin Fenix 6 Pro and while choosing and changing watch faces I have all these data fields on watch face to choose. Some of them are clear enough like step counter, weather (lowest and highest temp), battery etc. But some are not. Is there a list where it says what do all these data field measure and how. For example I believe that sunrise and sunset and weather are not correct if you are not connected to your phone with the watch? If there is some sort of explanation which data field means what and how does it measures it (because I will not have my phone connected to the watch so I want to be sure that the data is correct). Thanks in advance everybody :)

Thanks for the link but it does not help :( Example - I scroll trough data fields on my watch faces and it says just "0.0 km" what kind of distance is that measured for?? Or 0 hr - what time does that stand for? Int min 3??? TOD 20:12?? UTC 19:12? CAL --?? All the others I understand, these I do not :( And for instance is sun rise and sun down time updated when I contact the watch to my phone, and weather also?

As an example from the link:

Sunrise

The time of sunrise based on your GPS position.

Sunset

The time of sunset based on your GPS position.

The link explaines what it means, but it does not shows what data is shown on the watch. I can not recognize what it is based on the data given on the watch face if you understand what I mean

It is understandable that for someone new to Garmin watches that these might not be so obvious. Some of the watch faces include icons which help to make it clear, but others do not.

I think this is a better link that explains the data fields specific for the watch faces: support.garmin.com/.../ (click on the Watch Face Customization Data Options to expand the details)

Those specific ones you are mentioning:

0.0 km - This is weekly running total

0 hr - this is the amount of recovery time remaining

Int Min 3 - this is the number of intensity minutes for the past week

TOD 20:12 - this is a digital version of the current time of day

UTC 19:12 - this is the current time in UTC (universal time coordinated)

Cal - number of calories burned for the day.
