DND - smart watch is not so smart

DND - is it too much to ask from a smart watch to follow the phone's DND status? Setting sleep time does not cover all the situations when I'd like my watch to be in DND mode.

This is why Garmin software feels like its something from the 90’s and just patched to work in the 2022’s… At least the DND function on iPhone with focus mode works great because the iPhone wont let garmin…

It might be annoying to manage two DNDs, but Garmins DND is easy to enable, so it doesn’t bother me much.

It might be annoying to manage two DNDs, but Garmins DND is easy to enable, so it doesn’t bother me much.

Yes, but wouldn't be nice when you set your phone to DND (manually, for example), Garmin also goes to DND? Samsung Frontier could do it 5 years ago, no reason 3x more expensive Garmin can't.

But you have to still manage both: watch and phone separately ... There is space for improvement!

But if you have Android, youre screwed (in more ways that this lol).

I haven't tried Focuc Mode on Android before....and you are correct; it doesn't stop notifications to Garmin.

I'm not sure what you guys are doing but you set your sleep time and check the option to disable alerts during that time. Also, outside of sleep time just enable it in the control wheel. I have never, not once had any alert bother me during those times. Tactix Delta
