Sun charging problem?

Hi everyone.

I have a strange feeling my watch isn't charging when it's in full sun.

I have Fenix 6 solar, and indicator in widget shows no charging when in full sunlight.:(

What can I do in this point? Or is ti normal in Winter in Poland?

You have to get in contact with garmin support, my tactix delta solar already got replaced twice, my instinct solar once :-(

Open the watch and re-connect the solar panel connector. It has no stabilizer sponge on it so if you shock the watch it could pop out from the socket. I would show you the small connector but i cannot upload here again. There is no upload button to appear "again".

In my understanding, they not need to know. 5x T5 screws and the face comes off. If it is still not working, you can still RMA it. I would try to fix myself before wasting weeks of my time to call this number and write email there, fill up this form 6x for cry not loud, until someone decides to deal with the case. Sorry, i've been down this road before.

Just bear in mind, it won't solar charge if battery is 100%

The watch is still on warranty, actually it is at least 5 months old so I believe I will do that in short time... In Poland it's enought to give watch to seller witch proof of buying it there, and they do the rest, than they call back after repair

I think I haven't seen watch is charging ever since I've bought it :/ and it doesn't matter if it was fully charged or little.

Any way I believe they read some of those forum subjects, so they have to knew problems watches have?
When I've bought Garmin I'we believe'd that they are top end watches without any design problems.
In my case is, sun charging and also sometimes pulse oximeter is hanging and some parameters related are not measured, so I have holes in my graphs (didn't counted charging holes when watch isn't on my wrist).
