Connect IQ loops back to the login/registration page each time I save an update in the settings

Good morning all,

The Connect IQ application (IOS app) sends me back to the login/registration page each time I save an update in the settings from a widget, an application or a watchface.

Last weekend, I upgraded to IOS 15.3.1 and this Monday I upgraded my Fenix 6 Pro from 20.30 to 20.50. Before these changes, everything was working well.

I think it comes from a compatibility bug between the new IOS version 15.3.1 and the software version from Connect IQ.

For those who are in this configuration (IOS and firmware), do you experience this bug? If so, how did you workaround it please?

Hi, I had same problem last night, but now its OK.

To fix the bug, I had to:
- Make a final sync with Garmin Connect
- Uninstall Garmin Connect
- Uninstall Connect IQ
- Remove/forget my Fenix and my HRM Pro sensor from Bluetooth
- Turn off and on the iPhone and the Fenix
- Install Garmin Connect
- Link my watch to Garmin connect
- Associate my HRM Pro sensor
- Install Connect IQ

Note: Connect IQ and Garmin Connect are linked, so to fix this problem (and certainly other app bugs) you must uninstall both apps.
