I can’t find out how to exit the Run activity and get back to full list of activity?

Press back button?... Choose two favourites?.

Pressing Back button takes me to the clock…. And When I press Menu button (top right) again, It gets back to Run… Could it be that I put Run as Favourite without knowing… how do I get out of Favourite? Do you know?

The screen on your first screenshot shows your favourites, which is only ’run' currently. From there, press the down button to get to the other activities.

Choose two favourites and you won't see that screen again...

Or press down like Matthias said..
