Hi my Fenix 6 pro glass has been cracking how to replace.
Contact the support. Probably the whole device has to be replaced.
I don't understand the hate.
Like all other consumer electronics companies, Garmin does not provide end users with replacement part, which makes sense. Like all other companies, Garmin charges a lot…
Again, how does that help them with their cracked screen?
If they contact Garmin Support, they'll be given that information anyway and then they'll make their choice.
You just wanna crap on Garmin…
I guess that Bluefish is a Garmin employee. No need to replace the whole unit. when you have crack (like I do on my Fenix 5 (overhauled 5 months ago) they come up wit the brilliant solution of "send back the waych and you will get a "now" at the littel cost of 157 Euro!" 157 Euro for replacing a glass! Firstly I am not even sure this was my doing it may well have been that the glass was secured too tight. But secondly our friends of Garmin do not provide anyone with "just the glass" but overcharge by having to send back the watch and on the fly do not have my watch for another three weeks. Would be nice if you could go to a reseller and have the glass replaced. But that is probably not part of the profit margin plan. I love the watch and the features but this is really terrible client "service"!
And how does your post help OP exactly?

It doesn't seem like I'm the one who should get a life here. Good luck with your endeavours.
They won't allow resellers to do it as it will affect the water resistance of the unit. I can see it now, my Garmin now won't work as I had some 3rd party replace the screen and now it's let water in!! Garmin charge that much as they also fully service the watch at the same time. Do you crap on Apple for making their products practically unfixable? Google for making their phones rubbish? If you dislike them that much buy a Hauwei or something else and leave this forum.

Unlike for other companies though, you will not only receive a screen replacement, but a completely refurbished (like new) watch.
It's also important to understand that it is not ’only the glas' that needs to be replaced, like for a normal analog watch, but the whole display unit, which is a relatively big part of the watch.
