Tactix Delta Solar firmware update

Good morning everyone,

I have a Tactix Delta Solar, and I know that the last firmware related is 20.01, released more over one month ago . How is it possible that my Garmin express app still don't show me the updates? I'm still at 19.20. Is there the possibility to download the firmware update and install it manually?

MAC is not able to display the watch in Finder.

This is due to the Media Transfer Protocol (MTP), which Garmin uses and Apple does not support.

Thank you everyone, I updated my watch at 20.30 firmware using the Fenix 6 Pro X, no problem til now. I don't understand why Garmin don't says that firmware is good even for Tactix Delta Solar.…

And tactix delta. Its the same firmware as f6x

Are you sure? I know that they are very similar but the Tactix has some features more than Fenix, It has some military features .

Follow the installation instructions at the bottom of the linked page :

Installation Instructions

Download and unzip Fenix6xPro_***Beta.zip.
Place the gupdate.gcd file, found in the System_v*** folder, into the \GARMIN folder of the device.
If there is a Sensor Hub_v*** folder, place the gupXXXX.gcd file into the \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder of the device. Please note, not all Beta releases will include an update.
If there is a GPS_v*** folder, place the gupXXXX.gcd (or 006B310700.GCD) file into the \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder of the device. Please note, not all Beta releases will include an update.
If there is a ANT_BLE_BT_v*** folder, place the gupXXXX.gcd file into the \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder of the device. Please note, not all Beta releases will include an update.
Disconnect from your computer and proceed through the update.
If you would like to revert to the last public release software, drop the gupdate.gcd file found in the System_Backdate_v*** folder in the \GARMIN directory NOTE: If you revert to an older version of software, all of your settings will be reset to defaults.

Ok, it is important that you really take the correct firmware (I marked the correct download page as answer). For tactix delta you need the one for the X model.

Let me know if it worked.

But if it is not good for my Tactix delta, can I damage it?
