Backlight not working (gesture or button)

Has anyone else encountered there backlight not working?

Mine has slowly fizzled out on my F6X sapphire. It started a few months ago with flickering when it came on with gesture/button press. Now I no longer have any backlight.

Is it truly dead? Any suggestions for resurrection?

I am sorry there is an issue. What you are describing with the flickering and leading to not working at all, suggests a hardware failure. Please reach out to Outdoor Product Support for your region.

Thanks, I reached out to Product Support and after ‘rebooting’ the watch, I have my backlight resurrected. It is still flickering and the suspicion is like you had suggest being related to…

I have options and decisions to consider that are out of warranty. I at least have some illumination about my problem. Thanks!
