In which case contact your retailer or Garmin Support.
Did you add device using Garmin Connect? If you’re trying to pair via phone Bluetooth it won’t work but may appear in Phone Bluetooth devices so remove from there, then pair with Connect.
did you try Garmin Express on computer with cable?
