Is there a way I can convert saved locations from my Fenix 6 pro solar into shape files?

I am wanting to share my saved locations in navigation from my pro solar into shape files for work. is this possible?

If not, is there anyway I can take GPS coordinates from my pro solar and export them to my Mac?

Using Garmin Basecamp on the PC/Mac you'd be able to export them as GPX files, so if this app cam import them.

I was doing some GIS mapping using a Garmin watch some while back. I seem to remember exporting the activity as a.gpx file and importing it into ARCGIS.
