Firstly, I'm no expert on the finish that Garmin have used on your bezel but I assume it's electronically coated.

I believe you have 3 options after removing the outside bezel, I prefer option 1.:

1. Find someone with a sand blasting unit that uses FINE GLASS BEADS and blast off the surface, it'll leave a dulled silver appearance (I have this unit)

2. Purchase a medium scothbrite disc for a bench grinder, you'll need the tapered screw end to screw the pad on

3. Get some 1200 grit wet/dry sandpaper and slowly remove the coating

Option one would give a more consistent finish, I use my sand blasting unit to redo the dull face on golf clubs.

you could also buy a second hand bezel if there is any available on like ebay or somthing ?

Ouch. It's going to be tough, because I believe the glass is one-piece with the bezel, and possible with the LCD as well. All glued together. So any sanding, grinding, bead blasting, or polishing you do, you'll have to do with the glass in place.

Personally I'd probably just leave it, and think of it like a battle scar to be proud of  Unless you can somehow score a new bezel/glass/LCD piece.

Another option would be to simply sell it as is, and buy a used Fenix 6 that's in better shape. Then you're only out the difference in value between the two, which is probably not more than $100 or $150.
