How do I get heart rate drift for part of a workout?

Been interested in heart rate drift lately and gotten some good use out of the Cardio Drift app on Connect IQ. However, I'd like to get cardiac drift for everything but the first 15min of a run, since pace and HR tend to jump around a bit as I warm up to steady state pace. Is there a way to do this other than creating two files, one for the first 15min and one for everything else?
