Fenix 6 no sleep data sync.

Has this problem been solved? I just bought my Fenix 6, sleep can be seen from the watch but not on Garmin Connect app. Thanks.

  • I am sorry there is an issue.

    We are not seeing an issue with sleep syncing into Garmin Connect accounts across the millions of Outdoor and Fitness watches that are being used worldwide. There are a couple of steps you can try to resolve your sleep sync issue.

    Please try the following:

    Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

    Factory Reset Settings: Go to your System > Reset > menu and reset your watch

    If you continue have an issue, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

  • Hello, well, the only issue I have is the data is not synced instantaneously (I mean even after an hour or so after I've woken up and cleaning the flat for example) but sometimes I have to loop throught the widgets (containing the Sleep widget) to get it synced to the Garmin Connect.

    However, it seems you have no synced Sleep data in Garmin Connect. Is it correct?

  • No, it's exactly like you, the synchronization of the Sleep is not done automatically as for the Body battery, the Stress or the other functions, I have to open the sleep data on the Fenix for the synchronization to be done with GC.

  • Thank you for your answer, I have already done a soft reset and before doing a hard reset and losing all my parameters, I will wait for a possible update of my watch (fenix 6) to 20.0 to finally solve this problem .
