first hand experience with Dr. Dre Beats Fit pro ?? or they are n the BT connectivity black hole

There are some long standing BT connectivity threads. I know, I'm involved in many of them. I've searched around the F6 forum and not really found anything specific to this question though.

Normally, I use jaybird BT headphones, and like many, there is ongoing debate if the BT connectivity is garmin issue or jaybird. I'm sidestepping that. As my jaybird are dying. so I have the option to get something new with a coupon from work and I was reading up on the

any garmin f6 users with first hand experience on how well they work? Any BT connectivity issues? or they have and continue to be solid for you?

Bit late but for what it’s worth, my Beats Fit Pros have terrible connectivity with my Fenix 6 Pro. Unworkable. Drops out every 3-5 seconds. Doesn’t matter what hand I’ve got the watch on. I’ve had to go back to using my phone and arm strap (which is not great) from a comfort perspective, but doesn’t drop out. I’ve got the latest BT software on my Fenix 6 Pro as of todays date too btw.

I have no issues with mine however I just wear one at a time when running with Amazon music. Either using just the left or just the right works perfectly.

I’ve not tried with both at the same time, it could be which one is the master and try the watch be on the same wrist.

I'm seeing some improvement now after deleting the Beats Fit Pro from my phone all together, then deleting from the Epix2 and the then pairing as new headphones. Now I don't get the total disconnects anymore and the hiccups only happen every few mins (vs many times per min). I'm running the latest FW for the Beats, Epix2 and listening through Spotify Watch App. Looking forward to a complete fix.

I’m having success after joining the Beta program and updating my Epix2 Sapphire to 9.24. During my 5 mile run today the Beats Fit Pro were finally useable. There were 5 or 6 small little “blips” but no disconnects.I’m going to try to delete the BT profile on the watch and repair the headphones to see if the small blips go away. Either way huge improvement.

My Beats Fit Pros drop every 3-5 seconds when paired to my fenix 7 pro saphhire solar. It's been a horrible user experience.
