I have both a Garmin InReach Mini and a Garmin Fenix 6X Pro. I can't seem to get the Fenix 6X Pro to sync any of my edited Preset Messages from the https://explore.garmin.com web site onto the Fenix device using any of the (many) Garmin sync apps. It is working on the inReach Mini when I use the inReach Sync app (after sync, I see my edited Preset Messages), but not the Fenix. I have the Fenix and inReach paired (ANT+) and it works otherwise (I can start tracking on the inReach from the Fenix, I can receive messages from the inReach on the Fenix, etc.). I also have an iPhone paired with both the inReach Mini (Bluetooth) and the Fenix 6X Pro (Bluetooth). I have the Garmin Explore app on my iPhone and Sync'ed to the Fenix 6X Pro. The Fenix does not show the new Preset Messages and instead shows the default ones. Both devices have the latest firmware updates applied (using Garmin Express). I have also sync'ed the Fenix 6X Pro with the iPhone app "Garmin Connect". That doesn't help either. It is very confusing trying to understand why there are so many apps to use and when to sync with which app. I have used all of these without the ability to change my Preset Messages on the Fenix:
