First of all a Merry Christmas to you all.
just bought a Fenix 6 after having used a Coros vertex for some time. Now……wearing both during a quick 30 minutes exercise on a cross trainer, I notice I get different results in my training effect.
Garmin says that the effect was 5,0 Aerobic, and 0,1 Anaerobic
Vertix says the effect was 2,8 Aerobic, and 4,1 Anaerobic
Does anybody have any experience with these watches and can tell me which one I can rely the most on - to me the results looks miles apart.
