Garmin Fenix 6X pro solar stuck on blue logo screen

For the last few weeks the above wearable has been playing up a little every time I recharged it. It however is really stuck now and will not respond to any of the various combinations of restarts - please help!

If you’ve tried every combination of restart then you need to contact Garmin Support.

Hi Dwan, how did you get on with this? I have the same problem, and have tied my fingers into knots trying all the button-presses.

Hi - contacted Garmin Support and followed there directions on a few things - in the end I have had to send to back. They will replace it with a refurbished one.
