How can I increase the low aerobic on my training status?
I've seen people say do like runs or bike rides. I've tried both and when I do this my high aerobic seems to go up more than the low aerobic.

Either your heart rate zones are incorrect or you’re simply going to have to learn to run slower. It is quite hard for a lot of people to slow down but to run fast, you first have to learn to run slow…
Swimming.
When I run I can't go under 155bpm even in a slow run. When swimming I have about 140bpm and it increases low aerobic
Yes, any activity (running or cycling) where heart rate sits below zone 4 (preferably stays in zone 2) will increase it
For what I understood, to increase "low aerobic" you have to perform activities with the HR in zone 2 or 3. My typical runs are in the 160-170 HR (zone 4), so they go into high aerobic status. Lately I started incorporating runs in the 140-155 (zone 3), and low aerobic percentage increased.

I went for a run earlier and was in HR zone 3 for most of it and got no low aerobic points

What did the device report as primary benefit, aerobic and anaerobic training effect? For me, in an one hour run, with 40 minutes in Z3 and 20 minutes in Z4 (lower end), it gives 3.6 aerobic and 0.1 anaerobic effects, with base benefit. The same activity gave me 113 low aerobic points.
