Fenix 6x Sapphire frozen

It all started last night, I woke up and looked at the time, I pressed the light button, it was around 3:40 a.m., when I got up this morning my watch was frozen at + -3: 40 a.m. morning and no buttons worked. This afternoon I realized what was off. When I got home I plugged it into my computer to load it. When I left my Garmin Express, I got an update message from the Gramin Express, which I did. After a few hours it was frozen with the message "loading maps" I left it for a long time (over 60 minutes) and still the same. I have searched the web for what to do, but this is not conclusive.

My Fenix 6 is stock in "Garmin Loading Maps..."

I reset with pressing [Light] button for +-15 sec.

sometime i have de blue triangle, sometime i have "GARMIN Loading maps..."

When i turn off with the light button (for +-15 sec.) and reboot with the [Down] and [Light] button i have a some information:

i take a photo because the information stay 1 or 2 secondes

    You could try doing a more thorough reset.

    -Power off.

    -Hold down light button to power on while holding down top right and top left buttons.

    -When you hear a beep, release the top right button]

    -When you hear a second beep, release the bottom right button.

    This will go through more thorough reset process and may get you started again with luck.

    Hello, is there an error in the procedure The "Light" button is the "top left" button.

    Do I have to hold the "top left" button (Light) + the "top right" (button with the red line) + the "bottom right" (BACK-LAP)?

    then I release the "top right" after the first 1 beep
    then I release the "bottom right" after the second beep

    after if I hold the "top left", the watch turns off
    if not, if the release after the second beep, I have an alternation on the display of the logo (triangle) and the text "Garmin."

    I am sorry you are having an issue with your watch.

    If your watch is hard frozen and does not start up and go to your main time display, you can try the alternate secondary reset option in the bottom half of this Support Center article:

    After the second beep, the screen flash and the screen alternates between the triangle and the text "Garmin" :(

    I will find out if I have local support and if so it is where.
