Watch band options for small wrists

I have struggled to find a watch band that works for me and my Fenix 6s. I have small wrists so most bands are too large. I've developed my own option and thought I would share here for others that might have the same issues I do.

I purchased an elastic watch band on Amazon, broke off the plastic piece that hold the pins, then attached it directly to my watch pins - no adapter needed. The result is a slim band that fits. As an alternative, I can also attach a watch clasp to the elastic band similar to the Watch Steward bands (which are also great).

Just so you are aware, the elastic may relax a bit over time. My Hubby had an elastic band on his Apple Watch, and after a few months he started getting wonky optical HR behavior. The band no longer held the optical sensor to his wrist tightly enough (I could see the lights underneath).

Thanks! I appreciate the insight. I thought that might happen. Fortunately, it has an adjustment slide. I’m still really excited to find something that works for me.

Personal review:

It's very comfortable, has totally removed any minor skn irritation from the silicone one. It also dries pretty quickly as well.. But as it's double velcro it's easy to make it as large, or as small as needed it seems.
