Fenix 6x pro won't get a gps fix

hi everyone hope you can help my finis 6x pro the problem is I put a rout in or a go to in then I select navigate I cannot get any gps signal even on a clear day and in the middle of a field it just keeps saying calculating

Hi, my 6x Pro have the same problem with gps signal. Did you manage to fix this problem? GPS antena, gps chip, Garmin service...Thanks

Best to contact Garmin Support, and they will ask you to try a full reset followed by syncing the watch (via Express, preferably), then to take the watch outside and try again, so do that before you call them.

If still no luck, and you want to go back to Support, it helps to know if the GPS works at all: go into service menu and scroll to the page with the GPS test (by repeatedly pressing Start or Down, I don't recall) and take the watch outside again to see if it works.
