Boating Activity vs. Sailing Activity

At one point, I believe that Sailing was one of the built in activities. Has this been replaced by boating or am I somehow misunderstanding how to enable the Sailing activity as I do not see it in the list.

Sailing is not currently a native activity, I'm not sure if it ever was, but it I don't ever recall seeing it. Perhaps it's a native activity on the Quatix.
