Audio Prompts> Heart Rate Alert> Status = Off
sounds like your 24/7HR alerts are set wrong, and or you have an issue with your HR. What was your HR when these alerts went off?
To adjust 24/7HR alerts - Menu - sensors & accessories - wrist heart rate - abnormal heart rate alerts. You can switch on/off high/low alert and or adjust the values.
Low alert is 40-60bpm
High alert is 100-200bpm.
As I am not the fittest guy around, going up flights of stairs can sometimes trigger my HR to go above 100bpm, so I had to set that to 110bpm to ensure I don't get alerts from that.
In the parameter set of your watch in Garmin Connect, thank you mcalista
