Why is the daily workout suggestion to rest?

Could someone explain how the daily suggested workout algorithm determines when to recommend a rest day? That's what it suggests for me today but that doesn't make much sense. I did nothing on Saturday and then a short sprint running workout yesterday. Body battery is 94. 7-day training load is near the bottom of the optimal (green) range. Training status is productive. The 4-week load focus shows an anaerobic shortage. Is it using some other factor that I'm missing?
