Problem with Android 12 update?

My Google Pixel recently updated to Android 12, the newest OS and it is not compatible with Garmin Connect. I cannot connect my 6X pro solar to my phone. Anyone else seeing this? I assume Garmin will release an update soon, but this was a PIA because I had to restore Android 11 and reinstall everything.

Pixel 5, been on the Android 12 beta since it came out (6 months?), now on official Android 12. Haven't had any issues with Garmin connect, on beta or official 12.

I am on Pixel 4, official OTA update to 12.

No issues with connectivity or functionality over here.

I have reinstalled Android 12 on my Pixel 3XL and my 6X Pro Solar will not pair with Garmin Connect. I have reset the phone to factory reset twice, deleted and reinstalled the connect app and restarted my watch several times. No go. Any ideas?

Maybe you can try pairing it with another phone around? Just to see if it will pair, that way you will know if you're watch or phone are the issue. If it won't pair with the other phone, then I'd consider doing a reset on the watch.

If it can pair with the other watch, I'm not sure. I too have a Pixel 5 and it's on 12 and I had/have no issues connecting to my 6xpro solar.

No issues with my Pixel 5 on Android 12 connecting to my F6X.

Thanks again everyone! I finally decided that I needed to do a full reset of my F6X (not that I wanted to!). That seemed to work to solve the problem and I now have my watch connected to my phone running android 12.
