Fenix 6x Pro GPS Version 0.00

Hi,
i already tryed al methods of trying to setup the GPS version.
1.- Webupdate Software
2.- Removing eveything from RemoteW folder and doing a manual upgrade with the latestest version. From this Page

3.- Everytime i go to Settings/Update it keeps saying there in an update for GPS only reboots but i dont have any version after reboot.

What can i do?

I already did that and they gave me a RMA. Its a Hardware Failure, since I tried all this options.

- Webupdate software

- Installed beta Version 19.75

- Removed all files on RemoteW folder

- Downgraded…

What version is it reporting on the watch for GPS (SETTINGS - SYSTEM - ABOUT)... sounds like a hardware issue... The behaviour with the update does suggest that you're going to see either 0.00 or 655.35 for version number for GPS

is your GPS working ?

If yes, have you tried a long acquisition ? (it's only an idea, maybe not helpful)

- Webupdate software

- Installed beta Version 19.75

- Removed all files on RemoteW folder

- Downgraded to Version 19.20

- Normal Reset to Factory Defaults

- Master Reset ( Power Off, Hold 2 right buttons and top left button till logo, release top left button, first beep, release top right button, second beep, release bottom left button and same after device power up, went to setting about and and check and same thing GPS and does not find any GPS.

They will send a replacement.
