I like the Fenix 6 pro a lot. Except for the accuracy of sleep tracking. It seems quite good at picking up total sleep time and fall asleep and awake times. But my sleep scores are very low - usually from the low 60s to 70s. Typical total sleep time is more than 7 hours with about 30 minutes of REM and 30 minutes of deep sleep. The occasional time, the REM number is bigger and then the sleep score goes up.
Last night, I put my wife's Fitbit on my right wrist and my Fenix 6 on my left wrist. The fit it gave me a sleep score of 80 while the Fenix gave me 65. REM and deep sleep were similar, with the Fitbit readings a few minutes higher.
My main concerns are the low sleep scores and the low deep and REM readings. Is my sleep really that bad or is the Fenix that inaccurate?
Body battery readings recover well. And I usually get up feeling rested as if I had a good sleep.
