Fenix 6X Pro will not connect to Bluetooth

Fenix 6X Pro

I have been happily using my watch for over a year now (out-of-warranty now!) and all of a sudden yesterday it would not connect to my phones bluetooth. Connecting through Garmin Connect it seems to connect initially but is not able to sync.

I have tried connecting to an ipad (ruling out the phone as the issue)

I have tried the master reset

I have tried the secondary master reset

I have tried updating to 19.74 Beta, it did not update and stayed at 19.20..?

Current versions/settings:

Software Version: 19.20

GPS: 5.30

Wi-Fi: 2.60

CIQ: 3.2.6

BMX: 2.0.4

WHR: 2.00.4

ANT/BLE/BT: 6.11

Sensor Hub: 11.01

My fenix 6 sapphire is exactly the same
