Lactate Threshold Test

Hey, I have performed the guided lactate threshold test for the first time today. To my surprise it ended quite early @168bpm. As this is my first running LTH test I am willing to let it be. I had it calculated in the past via different platform on the indoor trainer @171bpm, but I cannot say which method is more accurate. I want to make sure that everything I have done was OK.

I have used Polar's H10 HR sensor via ANT. And here is the first question. Does ANT impair the accuracy of the data? The DFA Alpha 1 article states that only BT is accurate enough for HRV data gathering. (Garmin does not say anything about that, even encourages to use ANT straps...).

The second question is smart data recording has an impact on it? - Should I use every second or it does not make any difference.

Thank you for your help.
