My exercise(s) are not synced correctly in terms of training load. The activity is on the watch and also on Garmin Connect including all details corresponding the activity data on the watch. But the exercise load and training status are different on watch vs connect. The 7 -day exercise load graph shows the correct load for the intense exercise today (502), but the total 7 day load is way off.
Garmin Fenix 6 Saphire on 19.20, Apple iPhone X 256GB, iOS 15.0.1, Garmin Connect 4.47.2
Some differences:
The training status on the watch says “productive” , on connect says “recovery”
the 7 day load on the watch says 727 (optimal), the 7 day load on connect says 221 (low).
I have just one watch (Garmin Fenix 6 Saphire) which is obviously my default activity tracker.
All other values seem to sync correctly.
What I already tried:
restart watch
restart phone (hard reset)
reinstall Garmin Connect on phone
I’ll include some pictures which show the differences after sync completed several times.
Does anybody know how to get everything aligned again?
