Major issues with my fenix 6x Sapphire

I'm desparate..

I have major and strange issues with my fenix 6x sapphire.

When I try to start an activity the activity list now empty, only one big green choice "add new".
- Cannot use the back button to get back to the main screen.
Randomly a "Storm warning" (translated from norwegian) appears, multiple times.
Cannot connect to Garmin connect app (Samsung S20)
When I press and hold the Light button, every meny item (alarm, time zone, wallet etc) has the power off symbol! See picture below.

I've tried to reinstall the software, tried the beta 19.21, but no luck...

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks

Definitely time to contact Garmin Support!

The "storm warning" is pretty normal, it can happen fairly frequently depending on the sensitivity you have it set to. You can configure it to be less sensitive, so you get fewer false alerts; or you can turn it off completely if you want.

The rest of the stuff you listed definitely suggests a defective watch, though. As suggested above, only solution is to contact Garmin (probably for a warranty replacement), or if you bought it recently, exchange it with the retailer.
