hrm-run lost connection with fenix6 pro after about 10 to 15 minutes workout

Hello all,

recently, My hrm-run lost connection with my watch after about 10- 15 minutes workout, Does anyone has the same issue?

Fenix version is 19.20, and I was trying to restore the watch and even hard reset it, but still the same problem,

the hrm-run worked just fine with the F6xpro for a long time, what happened recently? Is it because the version update?

how can revert to the old version ?

Have you checked for water inside the housing? Some people (incuding myself) had this problem: the water enters through a tiny crack in the housing, see e.g. this thread:

Yeah, already changed a new battery for the hrm, but still the same problem.

I use HRM run with Garmin Fenix Pro 19.20 almost daily, and have no problems.
Are your HRM run on firmware 3.4? Mine show model 2327, firmware 3.4. Are you using any other sensor at the same time either BT or ANT+?

Garmin replaced mine (it was less than 1 year old); so in case this is your problem, you might want to reach out to Garmin Support.
