hm, sorry i might be mixing stuff, but "drive" seems to be available in the activity types list, when you try to change recorded activity. (so is motorcycling and motocross )
maybe you could use app "navigate" or "other" and change type latter, or some people on the net suggest "MotorSports+"
You can also use automobile or motorcycle routing as a bike or car satnav... Using say the navigation app.... But you have to load another map on the watch like frikart topo summer for instance.
on English-language devices, the activity called "Track Me" does what you're looking for. Just records a simple activity with basic information like your GPS track, speed, distance, etc. It leaves off all fitness/performance metrics and the other activity-specific stuff like stride, steps, etc. This activity is designed to essentially work like a simple handheld or car GPS.
You can even make a copy of the "Track Me" activity and call it "Motorcycle Tour", and fill it with whatever datafields you want (and customize the navigation and map settings, etc) without it affecting the native Track Me activity.
