Fenix 6 key tones not working no sound

All tones on my watch stopped working with the exception of the tone that chimes at the beginning & end of an activity.

Key tones, alert tones will not work. I have all my tone settings on the device for both "during" and "not during activity" set to "sound & vibration" but only the vibrations work. I've had the watch for a while and only noticed this recently when using the Timer on my watch. Any help would be great.

I am sorry your tones stopped working. The fact that you still hear sound at all is promising.

Please try the following:

- Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

- Factory Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch

Hi Chris,

Both the Hard Reset and Factory Resets didn't work. I followed the instructions provided online, included the device removal from my iPhone and still, no sound or tones.

Your watch is going to need to be exchanged. Please reach out to Outdoor Product Support to go over options.
