Same here, seems broken to me as my sleep time/score and everything else is almost identical to those historic times when I had 100% body battery.

I reached 100% two days ago but you must sleep at least 8hours and the stress, in my case below 6. Usually I reach 93-96 but sleeping less than what I should. So at least for me it works OK and better than before

I can see it reaching 100% on the graph after a decent sleep (as per the algorithm belief). Then it always scores it as "long and restorative sleep". For me generally correlates with my feelings.

Too be quite honest, I don't really find it to be a useful measurement anyway - you can not wear your watch for a few hours and it will 'guess' how much it would have dropped, so needs to be taken with a pinch of salt.
In August I was running software in the 18.x range and reached 100 a few times, the last being 23rd August. I installed 19.20 on 4th September and 19.21 last weekend. I reached 100 only once so far in September, and 99 once, but it looks like my BB was already struggling before installing 19.20. I also have seen VO2max decline, but I know from my own heart rate vs power on the bike that this is fair. I'm also aware of some problems sleeping this month, so I'm not surprised at my poor recovery and I'm not sure that there is anything obviously wrong with 19.20. Rather it is me.
