Your watch is in diagnostic test mode. Press and continue holding the light button until it turns off - about 5 seconds. Then press the light button again to power back on.
If the steps eezytiger provided do not get you successfully out of the diagnostic menu, please reach out to your regions Outdoor Product Support team.
