Now it appears the sensor can be red, green, or yellow, which was not the case before.

what have you activated for measurements?
I have ox2 completely disabled and my lights are constantly blinking green as usual?! Nothing new yellow appeared with currentl 19.20 released firmware.
yellow == red + green. I guess it's the different leds firing at the same time whereas they (might?) not have done so before.
