How can i adjust the time/date on my garmin fenix 6?

When im setting the time on my mobile to the future, my garmin Will automatic sync and change time. When I'm adjusting the time to the past, my fenix won't change its time. How can i change this?

You shouldn't really need to as it will set it automatically using a combination of GPS and its timezone map. If you start an outdoor activity and allow it to get a GPS fix that should be it. You can abandon the activity without saving.

Nor sure what you’re trying to achieve but a GPS fix or time sync from controls or settings will sort it.

I've also noticed that if you attempt to set the watch time manually, there's no way to set the seconds, only the hours and minutes. Am I missing something? I get that you can sync to GPS time, but if I just want to manually set the watch to the second, I haven't figured out a way to do that.
