How I can to revert to previous frimware version.
The latets version 19.20 does not work with external hr chest band.
WHich band? I have a HRM RUN and it's aok. What have you done to troubleshoot? Have you removed it from sensors and re-added it?

Works fine with my HRM-Pro.
I'm using Polar band. Heart rate is ok but training effect is only 0.1 even heart rate is high. When hr is measured from wrist then training effect is normal. Problem started after 19.20 update.
What have you done to troubleshoot the band?
Removed the band pairing and paired it again with the watch.
works fine with my polar h10
no problem with my polar h10 cycling and using a power meter.
I have polar H7. Picks it up as soon as I wear it. I'm on 19.20, Fenix 6 pro.
TickR X (original version) works perfectly, as well as Neo 2 sensors and Tempe.
